June 29:  Adams County Farm Fresh Markets Senior Market Day!                                          Time:  2pm – 5pm  Location:  Adams County Farmer’s Market new location: Gettysburg Transit Center (103 Carlisle Street, Gettysburg).  An informative and interactive event for senior citizens promoting healthy living and good nutrition.  Opportunities for prizes for seniors who attend.  Sponsored by PA Link and Adams County Office for Aging.  Registration is not required.

August 14 & 16: Healthy Steps for Older Adults: A program to prevent falls at York Alliance Church, 501 Rathon Rd., York. 9 am-12 pm. Healthy Steps is a new program to prevent falls and promote health and wellness. Have fun and learn about Healthy Steps you can take to prevent falls.
